Responsibilities / Duties
Develop annual sales and marketing plan in support of company strategy and objectives
Responsible for sales targets for a geographical territory
Develop strategic relationships at key customer accounts
Perform reporting of sales and marketing activities
Assist in the writing of marketing material and product collateral
Responsible for fairs and customer trade shows to represent company and generate new sales
In charge of developing competitive and benchmarking analysis
R&D Engineer in electronics
Qualifications / Skills
Languages
English: very good spoken and written
French: recommended
Education: MSc or equivalent (EPF or HES) in electronics
Experiences
Proficient in electronics, including HW and SW aspects
Knowledge of RF and signal processing is a plus
Knowledge of metrology is a plus
Responsibilities / Duties
Develop precision micro-ohmmeters and other metrological systems
Develop, analyze and debug electronic circuits (analogic and digital)
Optimize existing resistance bridges and its software
Participate in the development, improvement, configuration and testing of automatic test
equipment
Write technical documentation and application notes
Participate in quality improvement activities
Support to after sales service and customers

Experiences
2+ years of providing in the field technical support
Responsibilities / Duties
Provide HW and SW technical support, advice, and assistance to AESA customers
Perform commissioning of test equipment at manufacturing plants
Take ownership of customer issues and handle problems through resolution
Assist the sales team in pre-sales and after-sales technical support and in developing supporting tools
Participate in the assembly, configuration, and test of the equipment
Analysis and SW/HW debug of electronic systems (analogic and digital)
Write technical documentation for the customers and application notes
Participate in Quality improvement activities
