Technical Support Engineer
Qualifications / Skills
Languages: English: very good spoken and written /French: a plus
Education: Technical degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Experiences: 2+ years of providing in the field technical support
Responsibilities / Duties
- Provide HW and SW technical support, advice, and assistance to AESA customers
- Perform commissioning of test equipment at manufacturing plants
- Take ownership of customer issues and handle problems through resolution
- Assist the sales team in pre-sales and after-sales technical support and in developing supporting tools
- Participate in the assembly, configuration, and test of the equipment
- Analysis and SW/HW debug of electronic systems (analogic and digital)
- Write technical documentation for the customers and application notes
- Participate in Quality improvement activities

Education: MS or BS level in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Experiences: 5+ years of international sales of technological products and/or solutions
Responsibilities / Duties
- Develop annual sales and marketing plan in support of company strategy and objectives
- Responsible for sales targets for a geographical territory
- Develop strategic relationships at key customer accounts
- Perform reporting of sales and marketing activities
- Assist in the writing of marketing material and product collateral
- Responsible for fairs and customer trade shows to represent company and generate new sales
- In charge of developing competitive and benchmarking analysis
