AESA presence at IWCS, Orlando (FL, USA), booth #200.26.09.2017
Visit AESA in Orlando, from 8 to 11 October, to discuss your challenges in High Frequency Cable Testing and about Quality Data Management.
This year AESA will present at IWCS its various high Frequency cable testing equipment such as the VEGA or the balunless COBALT systems. A special highlight will also be given to the CIQ, the specific quality data management system developed with, and for, the cable manufacturers.
CIQ networks all measuring and testing devices into one common system and stores all the acquired data in a central datapool. The CIQ system, as an Industry 4.0 game changer, enables to combine all those data into a single base and format, providing consolidated reporting as well as global evaluation features. As “simple” data management is not sufficient. It is essential that the tracked values can be compared not only on a global level but also on a discrete or individual level allowing checking which element or part of a cable has been assembled and sheathed at a given moment. Networking, combining and analysing the available information offers the opportunity to increase the meaning and value of the available data in order to improve further the efficiency and profitability of the manufacturing process.
AESA will present a paper on the CIQ system on Wednesday during the IWCS Conference afternoon session. You are more than welcome to attend to the presentation or to meet Mr. Manuel Felder on the booth during the exhibition to discuss about the system or any of the AESA products.
