AESA offers a whole range of customer services from certification of test instruments through to technical support and on-site training or training in our own premises.

ISO 17025 Certification

AESA provides a calibration service for all our customers. In 1994, AESA passed the audit for standard EN 45001 and in 2002 for standard ISO 17025. AESA, as a calibration laboratory, guarantees all calibration tests are related to a primary standard.

Training courses

AESA offers training sessions for its measuring systems (hardware and software); these sessions can be provided at Colombier or on the customer's premises. The courses can be given in various languages as required.

Repair Service

We offer a quick and reliable repair service. This service can be provided either on-site or at an AESA location, depending on the problem or on the system. All strategic components are available from stock.

Maintenance agreement

Dedicated maintenance contracts are offered. Contract details are agreed on a case by base basis. This solution also allows the customer to carry out preventative maintenance and thus avoid breakdowns and machine shutdown periods.

Upgrade

We provide an upgrade service for both the hard- and software of our systems. This means you can always profit from the latest technology. Adaptation to standards, an increase in the speed with which measurements are implemented, integration of a new network analyser or networking of other equipment are typical practical examples.
